Dungeons and Dragons Books and Stuff : On March 4, 2008 Dungeons and Dragons co-creator Gary Gygax passed away. I made this album as a tribute to him and the wonderful game he brought to the world. To the best of my memory my friends and I started playing in 1976-77. These are the original books we used. The original 3 book set is probably from the 4th - 6th printings. Some web research indicates those runs were made between 1975-1977. The books were still printed with the 1974 copyright. I have the white box they came in somewhere. I also have the four Supplements that came after the originals. The last set of books included are the Advanced D&D books. To the best of my knowledge they are all first editions of those. Rounding out the collection are a few game drawings and other items from back in the day. RIP Mr. Gygax. Thanks for the great times!
