Sparging boiled wort into carboy...adding the wort to about 3 gallons of cold water.
Ten gallons of beer eady for fermenting. The is two variations on a pale ale recipe.

Two weeks later time to bottle. Need to clean and sterilize over 50 22oz bomber bottles.

Brews have fermented and cleared nicely. These will be around 3% alcohol by volume.
Drain brew into second container that has a corn sugar solution added. This solution will carbonate the beer in the bottles.
Filling the bottles..one by one then cap.
Gonzo checks the finished product. I got 53 22oz bottles. They now need to sit at room temp for at least a week to carbonate.
